The TP-Link Tapo RV50 Pro Omni robot vacuum and mop is now available in select European markets and currently sits at the top of the company’s robotic cleaning lineup.

The RV50 Pro Omni delivers up to 15,000 Pa of suction power and features a main brush designed to cut through tangled hair, supported by a side brush for wider floor coverage. For mopping, it uses dual rotating pads that spin at 180 rpm while applying 8N of downward pressure. An extending mopping arm further helps the robot clean along edges and into corners.
The model is paired with an advanced self-cleaning docking station. Before cleaning carpets, the robot can automatically remove its mop pads to prevent wetting fabrics. After mopping, the dock washes the pads with 60°C hot water and dries them with 50°C hot air, preparing them for the next cycle.

Navigation is handled by a laser-based system that maps rooms and avoids obstacles. The robot is powered by a 5,200 mAh battery and can be controlled through the Tapo app, where users can create schedules, set no-go zones, and start cleaning remotely. It also supports Matter, allowing integration with various smart home platforms.
