Nubia Flip3 unveiled in Japan with Dimensity 7400X and 6.9-inch 120Hz foldable display

The nubia Flip3 has been officially introduced in Japan, with sales scheduled to begin in mid-January 2026. The clamshell foldable was announced alongside nubia’s first book-style foldable, the nubia Fold.

The Flip3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

It features a 6.9-inch flexible internal display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a 4-inch AMOLED cover screen.

The rear camera system includes a 50MP main sensor and a 12MP ultrawide lens. A 32MP front-facing camera handles selfies.

The device is equipped with a 4,610 mAh battery. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP54 protection, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC. The Flip3 weighs 187 g and measures 7.5 mm in thickness when unfolded.

Running Android 15 out of the box, the phone will be offered in black and white color options. Pricing and further details are expected to be announced closer to the January 2026 launch.
