Higround has introduced a new line of gaming hardware in collaboration with Sega, featuring retro-inspired mechanical keyboards with Sonic the Hedgehog themes.

The collection includes the Summit 65+, which serves as the premium offering and incorporates a Dreamcast-inspired design. It has a CNC aluminum chassis and a stainless steel back plate with a mirror-like finish. Higround reports that its new Dampening Plus five-layer system provides a quiet, stable, and solid typing experience. The Summit 65+ is priced at $299.95.
The Basecamp 65HE focuses on speed and responsiveness and integrates Higround’s Hall Effect technology. It is intended for competitive players who require high precision from their keyboards.
The Basecamp 96+ adopts a classic Sonic theme and is designed for users who prefer a compact layout without sacrificing functionality. The 96 percent keyboard uses the Dampening Plus system and TTC Neptune switches, which Higround claims deliver the best sound profile in the lineup. The model costs $189.95.
Also included is the Basecamp 75+, priced at $169.95. It is available in two designs—Escape from the City and Sonic CD—and features a 75 percent layout, Dampening Plus technology, and TTC Neptune switches.
Higround is additionally offering a Basecamp 75+ keycap set for $69.95 and four XL Control Mousepads for $49.95.
This release marks the second collaboration between Higround and Sega. The accessories will be available on Higround’s official website beginning December 12.
