The Infinix XPad Edge is set to launch officially on December 18. Ahead of the announcement, Infinix has shared early details about the tablet’s design and positioning.

Infinix has confirmed that the XPad Edge features an ultra-slim 6.19mm unibody metal design and weighs just 588g. It is equipped with a 13.2-inch display with a 2400 × 1600 resolution and a typical brightness of 450 nits.
For audio, the tablet uses a quad-speaker system, which Infinix claims delivers significantly higher volume than standard tablet speakers. On the software side, the XPad Edge comes with WPS Office pre-installed and supports productivity-focused features such as split screen, parallel windows, phone casting, and a PC secondary display mode.

The tablet also introduces a range of AI-powered features, including the Folax voice assistant, Hi Translation, AI Smart Screen Recognition, and AI Creation tools. Infinix has further confirmed support for both 4G and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Prior to the official launch, the XPad Edge briefly appeared on Shopee Malaysia, revealing additional specifications that have not yet been officially confirmed by Infinix. According to the listing, the tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 685 chipset, runs Android 15, and includes 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2TB.
The product page also listed 8MP cameras on both the front and rear, an 8,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging, and a single Celestial Ink Grey color option. The tablet was priced at MYR 1,329 (approximately $325) on Shopee.
