Samsung has expanded the rollout of its Android 16-based One UI 8 stable update to the Galaxy S25 series in the United States. The update was first released in South Korea earlier this week, followed by India, Germany, and the UK.
In the US, the update carries firmware version S93xUSQU5BY13/S93xUOYN5BY13/S93xUSQU5BY13, includes the September 2025 Android security patch, and has a download size of over 3.8GB for users upgrading from One UI 7.

Users who haven’t yet received the notification can check manually by going to Settings > Software update on their device.
Samsung has also published an official rollout schedule for One UI 8 covering a wide range of eligible devices, though availability will vary by region.
