Samsung has begun expanding the rollout of its Android 16-based One UI 8 stable update for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Initially released in South Korea earlier this week, the update is now available in India, Germany, and the UK.
At this stage, the rollout applies only to devices enrolled in the One UI 8 beta program. The update carries firmware version S93xBXXU5BYI3, includes the September 2025 Android security patch, and has a download size of about 565MB.

Users who haven’t yet received the notification can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update on their device.
